Gives wood surfaces color and protection in one product. The oil penetrates the wood and makes the surface particularly durable with high resistance to water and dirt. It is ideal for indoor use on all untreated, new, or recently sanded surfaces and is suitable for all types of wood.
Directions for use: The product, room, and floor temperature should be between 15-30 ° C. The moisture content of the wood must not exceed 12%. Ensure good ventilation during use and drying. The wood must be re-sanded, use 100-120 grit sandpaper for the final sanding. Vacuum thoroughly. Clean the surface with WOCA Intensive Wood Cleaner and allow it to dry for at least 8 hours before applying the oil. 1) Shake the can well before and during use. Packages with different serial numbers should be mixed together to avoid color mismatch. 2) Apply the oil in an even layer using a paint roller with short bristles (4-6 mm). Treat small areas at the same time, preferably no more than 10 m2 at a time. 3) Leave the oil to soak for 10-20 minutes. If the oil quickly absorbs into the wood, apply more oil. 4) Apply oil to the wood until the surface is saturated. For large areas, use a polishing machine with a beige polishing pad and for small areas, polish manually with a polishing cloth/pad. 5) Wipe off excess oil with a dry, lint-free cotton cloth until the surface no longer appears damp. Continue until the entire area has been polished and the excess oil has been thoroughly removed. 6) To ensure good color saturation, the surface should be treated with 1 dl of Master Color Oil per 10 m2 within 6-12 hours after the first application. The oil should be carefully polished as described in steps 4 and 5. 7) The surface can be restarted with caution after 12-24 hours, and after 5-7 days at 20 ° C and 55% humidity it will completely harden, then the floor can be placed on the floor, etc. Surface care and maintenance: Regular cleaning: WOCA Natural Soap or WOCA Oil Refreshing Soap. Lubricate the surface with WOCA Maintenance Oil or Maintenance Gel as needed. Please note: For the first 7 days while the oil hardens, do not expose the surface to water or clean it.
